The information on this page is provided to insure all customers are informed of our business policies and practices. By making a purchase on our web site, you agree that you have read and agree with our policies.

PLACING AN ORDER: PLEASE provide a current email and phone number, in case we need to contact you with questions or information about your order. Check your spam/content filters to be certain our reply will reach you!  Make sure your filters let through all email from our perfectshowers.com domain! If we cannot contact you, your order may be delayed.

ASK BEFORE YOU BUY: Questions concerning our products, shipping methods, arrival times or general information, should be asked before making a purchase. Please email us at: perfectshowers@aol.com We will reply promptly. If you would like to speak with someone by phone, please provide a current phone number in your email, or phone us at 817-284-3303. This is not a toll free number.

CREDIT CARD ORDERS: Our company uses Authorize.net, a gateway credit card service. Your credit card will be charge at the time your order is placed, not at the time of shipment.

FORMS OF PAYMENT: Perfect Showers accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, EChecks, Bank Debit Cards and Pay Pal. We will accept personal or business checks if you email or phone us (817)284-3303 to make arrangements to mail your check. All checks must clear the bank, before your package is shipped.

DAMAGES, SHORTAGES, WRONG ITEMS: Carefully inspect your products upon arrival. Any problems must be reported to Perfect Showers within 48 hours of arrival. If your order sustains at least 50% damage in transit, you may be required to keep the original packaging to be inspected by UPS or USPS for a claim to be filed. You are responsible for keeping the original packaging.

PRODUCT REPRESENTATION: We do our best to represent our products, in description and photos, as accurately as possible. However, there may be slight differences in hand made items, as well as slight differences in dye lots of tutu tulle, rose petals, ribbon and clothing color. Individual monitors used to view our web site, may also show colors slightly different than the actual colors, and we are not responsible for slight variations or differences. When in doubt, please phone us before ordering 817-284-3303.

USPS AND UPS DELIVERY CONFIRMATION: Upon fulfilment of your order, we will ship your package either USPS or UPS, depending on the method you choose. However we do reserve the right to make alternate shipping arrangements if the shipping method you choose will not have your package to you by the Date Needed given on your order, or if the shipping amount you paid is substantially lower than the actual shipping costs. We use both USPS and UPS to ship our products. All shipments have delivery confirmation which serves as proof of delivery. Items valued at $50 or more, require an adult signature upon delivery. When the USPS or UPS informs us they have successfully delivered our customer's package, that is the end of our responsibility as it relates to shipping. We are not responsible for lost, misplaced or missing packages, or errors made by Postal or Parcel service employees.

TRANSIT TIMES & WEATHER DELAYS: UPS and the USPS do their very best to insure you receive your package on time. However, weather conditions may occasionally affect the transit time of your package. We are not responsible if your package arrives late do to adverse weather conditions or other unseen circumstances, error by UPS or USPS or acts of God. We do not issue refunds for late packages. To insure you receive your package when you want it, please order early.

LAST MINUTE ORDERS: While we do our best to accommodate last minute orders, we make no guarantees that your package will arrive exactly when needed. To insure you receive your package when you want it, please order early.

DELIVERY TIME OF DAY: We cannot predict or guarantee the time of day the USPS or UPS will deliver your package. That is completely out of our hands, and is determined exclusively by the work load and delivery schedule of the individual USPS or UPS worker. We cannot schedule a particular time to deliver your package, and we do not issue refunds if your package is not delivered at the time you want it. Please order early to avoid disappointment.

TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE: General tracking is available for USPS priority mail packages as well as USPS Express mail packages. However, it is not unusual for a USPS Express mail package to arrive before the package shows in the USPS online system. To track your package with USPS, use this link: USPS Tracking Detailed tracking with UPS is available here: UPS Tracking Tracking information shown on both USPS and UPS sites is provided by them, not us, and our information is limited to the information they provide. We have no influence over either the USPS or UPS and we cannot make a package within their system, move any quicker.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES: We do not accept returns or exchanges without prior authorization, no exceptions. You must contact us before returning an item to obtain an authorization number. We do not acknowledge or issue refunds for items returned to us without our prior knowledge and permission. Shipping is not refundable on returned items. We do not accept returns on seasonal, custom or personalized items. Tutu's, tutu sets and birthday items are considered custom, special occasion items and will not be refunded. Please choose carefully, and ask questions before buying.

BACKORDERED ITEMS: Occasionally an item may sell out. If this happens, we will contact you immediately by phone or email, with an anticipated arrival date. You may make a substitution of equal value, or you may choose to ship the items in your order that are currently in stock, and we will ship you backordered item when it arrives. Shipping is not free of charge on backordered items.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS: Please be certain the shipping address given on your order is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address on your order form, you must pay additional shipping charges to have it returned to you. If we make an error on the shipping address, and the order is returned to us, we will pay the additional shipping charges to have it returned to you. We ship to the exact address on the shipping information area of your check out form. Please be certain the shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses.

INCORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS OR PHONE: We are not responsible for incorrect phone numbers or email addresses on your order form. If we cannot contact you due to incorrect information, your order may be delayed or canceled.

DECLINED CREDIT CARD: If your credit card is declined, please contact us. Credit/debit cards are most commonly declined because of incorrect billing/shipping information, not insufficient funds. We may be able to help you correct the problem, if you phone us. We do not keep credit card information on file for security purposes, a valid credit card must be used at the time your order is placed.

PRODUCTS: We are not a catalog seller. We own and possess all items we sell on our site. Our Tutus, Personalized Onesies and Tees, Birthday Hats and Headbands are made exclusively by us.

PRICING: Prices are subject to change without notice.

OUTDATED PRODUCTS OR HYPERLINKS: Because our products change frequently, and the internet moves slowly, it is possible to land on a discontinued product or outdated product link. If this occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange for an acceptable substitute or issue a refund.

BLANK CLOTHING: We do not sell blank onesies or other blank clothing in bulk. We do however, sell plain onesies and tees with the purchase of our Tutus.
