Shipping services are provided by the United Parcel Service (UPS) and the United States Postal Service (USPS)

 

 

USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation- 2-3 days. Tracking is not Available, however we do use Delivery confirmation.

USPS Priority Mail with Signature Confirmation- 2-3 days. Tracking is not Available, however we do use signature confirmation.

*USPS Express Mail - Next day delivery depends on package origin and destination, as well as the day and time your order is placed with us. Some parts of the country, require 2 day delivery.

*About Express Mail - Express shipping requires a signature upon delivery. The post office will not deliver without signature, however you may choose to waive signature requirement. Many postal workers will not leave an Express mail package without a signature, even when the signature is waived. The USPS will attempt to deliver your package twice, then hold it for you 15 days before it is returned to us. If you choose Express mail service, it is preferable that someone is available to sign for the package, to avoid delay of delivery. UPS Ground (United States & Canada) - 7-10 days Tracking is available.

International Shipping (outside the US and Canada) We ship to most countries with some limitations in some countries. We use USPS Priority International and USPS Priority Express shipping services. You may owe additional import taxes within your own country. You are responsible for import taxes. Refused, Returned or Unclaimed Packages: Perfect Showers is not responsible for packages that are refused, unclaimed or returned to us because of lack of signature. Please be aware of the shipping terms and requirements when you choose a method of shipping. Unclaimed and refused packages which are returned to us, will not be shipped again free of charge; additional shipping charges are required, no exceptions.

Returns: We do not accept returns without prior authorization, no exceptions. You must contact us before returning an item. We do not issue refunds on items returned to us without our prior knowledge and permission. Shipping is not refundable on returned items. We do not accept returns on Seasonal and Custom items including Tutus, Tutu Sets, Personalized Onesies and Tees, and Birthday items. You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving shipment. Please choose carefully, and ask questions before buying.

Shipping Delays: the USPS and UPS do their best to insure you receive your package on time, however occasional delays do occur due to weather conditions, mechanical problems and driver error. We are NOT responsible for delayed delivery and we do not issue refunds for delayed delivery. If delivery time is important to you, please order early or contact us before you order to calculate delivery time involved. We do our best to insure you have what you want, when you want it, as does the USPS and UPS, however there are unforseen circumstances that may delay delivery. To avoid late arrival of your package, please order early enough to allow for the making, shipping and travel time of your purchase.

DELIVERY TIME OF DAY: We cannot predict or guarantee the time of day the USPS or UPS will deliver your package. That is completely out of our hands, and is determined exclusively by the work load and delivery schedule of the individual USPS or UPS worker. We cannot schedule a particular time to deliver your package, and we do not issue refunds if your package is not delivered at the time you want it. Please order early to avoid disappointment.

USPS and UPS Delivery Confirmation : We use both USPS and UPS to ship our products. All shipments have delivery confirmation which serves as proof of delivery. When the USPS or UPS informs us that they have sucessfully delivered our customer's package, that is the end of our responsiblity as it relates to shipping. We are not responsible for lost, misplaced or missing packages, or errors made by Postal or Parcel service employees.

TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE: General tracking is available for USPS priority mail packages as well as USPS Express mail packages. However, it is not unusual for a USPS Express mail package to arrive before the package shows in the USPS online system. To track your package with USPS, use this link: USPS Tracking Detailed tracking with UPS is available here: UPS Tracking Tracking information shown on both USPS and UPS sites is provided by them, not us, and our information is limited to the information they provide. We have no influence over either the USPS or UPS and we cannot make a package within their system, move any quicker.

 

Shipments to Canada: UPS is the only shipping method available to Canada from the United States. Estimated delivery time is 7-10 days, and is affected by variables such as weather and exact location.

World Wide Shipping: As stated above, we ship to most countries. If you make a purchase on our web site to be sent to another country, we will not ship until your funds have cleared our bank. We are not responsible for lost packages to countries outside the US, and we are not responsible for the poor handling of packages or the slow service of the postal service in countries outside the US. We cannot control transit time, and we will not make refunds because of late packages. Should your package become lost in transit outside the US, it is your reponsibility to track the package on your end. When shipping outside the US, our responsibility ends when the package leaves the US.

 

 

FAQ Shipping

After my order is placed how soon will it ship?
 
Most regular, in stock orders will ship within 3-5 days, or less, from the date the order is placed Monday through Friday. We do not ship on major holidays, or Sunday. SEASONAL items are not considered regular orders and may be delayed slightly, please order early. SEASONAL items include: Christmas products, Valentine's Day products, Easter products, July 4th products and Halloween products. Personalized and Custom orders are NOT considered regular in stock items, and may take 2-3 weeks or less to make and ship. All Tutus are made when ordered, please allow sufficient time to make, before expecting shipment. Shipment and delivery day/time are approximate and may vary depending on size of order, type of order, current volume of orders, weather conditions, mechanical malfunctions and unforseen circumstances. Orders placed after 1 PM Central time, are considered next day orders. Orders are processed in the order they are received, unless customer choose an expedited shipping method. Not all products are available for expedited shipping.
 
What method of shipping is used most often?
 
 
We ship all orders UPS and USPS. We can arrange for alternative shipping upon request.
 
How can I track my order to know when I will receive it?
 
UPS SHIPPING...After your order has been prepared for shipping you will be sent an e-mail with your tracking number from UPS, so that you may follow your shipment and know just when you can expect it. Tracking information is NOT available on orders shipping USPS Priority mail, however you will receive an email when your order ships. See information above for estimated travel times and shipping methods.
 
 

I'm sending my order as a gift, how will I know it was received?

We will provide you with appropriate shipping and tracking information, where applicable, as well as email delivery confirmation so you will know your gift is delivered.

 
What is done if an item is received damaged or broken?
 
Although we take great pride in packing your orders, there may be a time you will receive an item that is in less than perfect condition. All damages must be reported to the carrier within 48 hours for a claim to be filed. Replacement will be sent out to you in approximately 2-3 weeks following a claim filing. Only the broken items will be replaced, you will not receive a complete kit. All damage must be reported to Perfect Showers within 48 hours of receiving product. We are not responsible to replace any broken item if you have had them longer than 48 hours.
 
How are back orders handled?
 

At times we may experience a shortage of items we carry. We will notify you by email or phone if the item you ordered is not currently in stock. We will ship those items to you as soon as they become available, unless you ask us not to. Shipping is not free on backordered items; shipping will be charged on all backorders.
 

 

 

Lost Packages:

Please allow 14 days from the shipment date to receive your package. Should your package become lost, we cannot file a claim for 30 business days after the expected date of delivery per the USPS agreement. Claims can take up to 90 days to process. Before any reimbursement/or replacement is made those time frames must be exhausted first. If you request a new shipment to replace the lost one it WILL NOT be sent free of charge. If and when we are notified that the original shipment cannot be located only then will we issue you credit for the order or ship you a replacement. Also note: Only the cost of the original order will be reimbursed. Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Please be advised that we have no control over a package once it has left our hands. Asking for reimbursement or credit will not be authorized until we are told the package cannot be located by the responsible parties (i.e. USPS or UPS)
When placing an order to ship outside the USA you do so at your own risk.
